Booking Through Casago

Reservations, payments, communication, and guest management for Oceanside Lodge properties are handled by Casago Redwood Coast, our authorized property management company.


If you click through to book a stay, you are using Casago’s platform. Your use of their booking system is governed solely by:

  • Casago’s Terms of Service

  • Casago’s Privacy Policy

  • Any policies Casago provides during booking

Oceanside Lodge LLC is not responsible for the handling of personal or payment information collected by Casago.

4. No Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oceanside Lodge LLC and its owners, managers, and affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Oceanside Lodge LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use this website (the “Site”).

The Site is primarily informational. We do not offer user accounts and we do not collect payments or booking details on the Site. If you choose to contact us using the privacy inquiry form, we collect the information you submit as described below.

1. Information We Collect

A. Automatically Collected Usage & Analytics Information

We use:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) (installed through Squarespace)

  • Google Search Console

These services may collect information such as:

  • Device type, operating system, and browser type

  • Pages viewed, time spent on pages, and navigation patterns

  • Referring pages/sources (for example, how you found the Site)

  • General interaction data (such as clicks and scrolling events, where enabled)

  • Approximate geographic area (non-precise)

We use this information in aggregate to understand site performance and improve the Site.

GA4 note: We do not enable Google Signals. According to Google’s documentation, GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.

B. Information You Provide (Privacy Inquiry Form)

If you submit a privacy inquiry through our form, we collect:

  • Email address

  • Message content

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and for recordkeeping related to the request.

C. Information We Do Not Collect Through the Site

Aside from the privacy inquiry form described above, we do not collect through this Site:

  • Payments

  • Booking/reservation details

  • User accounts, passwords, or login credentials

2. How We Use Information

If you choose to book a stay, you will be redirected to Casago Redwood Coast, our property management partner. Any booking-related information (including guest name, contact information, payment information, and reservation records) is collected and processed by Casago under their own policies and terms.

7. Data Security

We do not store payment information or booking details on this Site. We use standard website and hosting security practices intended to protect the Site from unauthorized access or misuse.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. California Privacy Notice

California law provides certain privacy rights to residents. Our data practices on this Site are limited. We do not sell personal information. We use analytics tools to understand Site usage and performance. Booking information is handled by Casago Redwood Coast, not this Site.
